Are Four “Seasons” in the Forecast for Holland?
While the ice surface is just starting to chill in most clubs across the country, Saskatchewan’s Amber Holland has already penciled in three of the premiere events on the Season of Champions calendar.

It starts at the 2011 Capital One Canada Cup in Cranbrook, followed up in Langley for the 2012 World Financial Group Continental Cup of Curling before heading to Red Deer wearing Team Canada colours for the 2012 Scotties Tournament of Hearts.
When she sets out to defend the Scotties title, Holland will be looking to extend the championship string. A victory in Red Deer, February 18 – 26 comes with a fourth Season of Champions appearance at the 2012 Ford World Women’s Curling Championship in Lethbridge.
Team Canada – including Kim Schneider, Tammy Schneider and Heather Kalenchuk – will wear red and white on the ice but there could be a sea of green in the stands. Holland supporters have been at the front of the line to purchase full event ticket packages – and don’t forget there will be another Saskatchewan team in the field this year!
